JEM77VBK -
The mate for the UV777. Visually dramatic with it's mirror and chrome on black, this guitar screams Rock. Sonically balanced with Dimarzio Breeds in Basswood, you'll also sound as good as you look. Guaranteed to confuse as it's one 7 away from the original 777VBK black with green model, but one look and there will be no doubt. The VBK had moderately sluggish sales in it's first year but has started to pull nearly even with the VWH. Personally, I like it better.

Guitars History
Bought by me new from Sam Ash in 2010, and was mostly used by me for practicing on. I played a handful of shows with it and have done a lot of recording with it. It plays extremely well and has served me very well for years.
Fit & Finish
Played condition 77VBK, with some buckle scratches on the back and some minor chips on the sides and by the jack (see photos). Overall great condition hardware.
Fret Board/ Fret Life
Some fret wear but probably has a few years of solid play left before a refret is necessary. Fretboard has always been cleaned regularly and feels like new.
Tremolo
Finish on tremolo hardware is a bit faded but perfectly functional.
Neck
Original neck, very straight, no cracks or damage.
Electronics
Dimarzio Breed pickups sound great for rock and every other genre as well.
Bodywork/Paint
Black paint, beautiful mother of pearl detailing on the body edge. Chrome pickguard is a bit scratched but still shines and looks good.
Case
Comes with original case in overall good condition. Inside of the case is like new, but case latches are rusted. The case was at one point left in a shed (without guitar inside) and it accumulated rust on the exterior, but it has been well cleaned and the latches still function well. The case can be used to fly with.

SHIPPING
We take shipping guitars of this beauty very seriously and make sure that our consignment sellers honour our shipping policy. All guitars come with £1000 worth of insurance for damage in transit. All parcels are tracked in accordance with PayPal protection guidelines and you will be issued a tracking number as soon as payment has been received and delivery arranged
All guitars are wrapped to the highest standard, inside the case the guitar will be bubble wrapped and any accessories individually packaged inside the case. Nothing loose will be left in the case. The guitar is then wrapped a total of 3 times in bubble wrap before a strong brown paper incases the the whole guitar. Card board boxes are sometimes used dependent on the case and size

IBANEZ JEM 77VBK SPECIFICATIONS
The Ibanez JEM77 series is a subseries of the JEM series, the six-string guitar signature series of Steve Vai.
JEM77 commonly refers to one of the JEM77 models:
The V in JEM77V refers to the abalone and pearl Vine fingerboard inlay. Other features include a basswood body with pearloid binding, DiMarzio Breed pickups and a double locking tremolo.
For 2010, the Edge Pro is replaced with the original Edge tremolo.
