STEP 1 AGREEMENT

The deposit option is strictly reserved for buyers 100% committed to purchasing a guitar but who may need a little time to make full payment and is by prior agreement only. The agreement is simple.

You specify a date by which you will be able to make full payment 

STEP 2 10% PAID

In order to secure your Ibanez Jem a 10% deposit is required in advance.
Payment of this deposit secures the guitar for you and will not be sold to anyone else. The guitar will be marked as *Reserved pending payment
This deposit is non refundable should you not be able to pay the balance at the agreed date. 

STEP 3 FINAL PAYMENT

On your agreed date the final balance left on the guitar will be requested

Once payment has been received the guitar will be shipped.

THE T'S AND C'S


  1. Deposits are by prior arrangement only. This is a discretionary service and offered to buyers who demonstrate they are serious about purchasing the guitar
  2. The maximum length of the deposit agreement is 2 months 
  3. The date of the final balance being owed is to be agreed by both parties in advance of the deposit
  4. Deposits are non refundable and are to show your intention to purchase the guitar in full at the agreed date
  5. Should the agreed date expire without payment in full it is reminded that:
    1. The deposit is non refundable 
    2. The guitar will be re-listed for sale and potentially offered to other buyers
    3. The "Reserved" status on the website will be removed and the guitar offered for general sale
  6. Guitars are only sent to you after the payment has cleared in full via your chosen payment method.
